Taylor loves to travel and has visited places like Peru, Thailand, South Africa, and Spain. She has two dogs named Bear and Lucy. She also loves to read, snowboard, and play cribbage.

Taylor earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her doctorate degree in occupational therapy at Creighton University through the hybrid program based in Denver, Colorado. Taylor has professional experience in pediatric occupational therapy, neurorehabilitation, aquatic therapy, and recreational therapy. She has completed training in SOFFI Feeding for NICU and Medically Complex clients, DIRFloortime, and praxis. She is also passionate about occupational therapy fieldwork education and clinical research. Taylor researched and co-authored a tool to help occupational therapists, called The Occupation-Centered Intervention Assessment, and presents at local and international functions on her research. When not at work, you can find Taylor gardening, playing cribbage with her husband, or spending time with her son.
